Wellness Week is a week of events taking place across the Parkville campus from May 5th – 9th highlighting the importance of student health and wellbeing.
The week is a collaboration between the Wellness@ Melbourne Program and the University of Melbourne Student Union (UMSU), with involvement from various areas across the university including the Faculty of Arts, the Centre for Positive Psychology, and Melbourne University Sport.
Students will have the chance to participate in free activities each day aimed at promoting positive ways to reduce stress and stay well.
There are 28 events planned including yoga, Zumba, boot camp, healthy eating workshop, meditation, stress less puppy petting, wellbeing panel discussions, a healthy student breakfast and much more.
